For low risk, healthy pregnant women, birth center birth is just as safe as hospital birth when the midwife is integrated into the health system. In fact, home birth reduces your risk of medical interventions in labor that can lead to complications, impacting your overall health. We are only 4 minutes away from care if a hospital transfer is needed.
