Women’s Health Services
Each in-home visit is up to an hour-long and includes 20 minutes of telehealth follow-up. $225.

Contraception
We talk about all your birth control options: Depo provera, IUD, Nexplanon, natural family planning, the pill, patch, Nuva ring, and the diaphragm, contraceptive films and foams. If you have a particular method you want to talk more in depth about, we can do that too. We even offer In-home IUD insertions/removals!

Preconception counseling
Get prepared on how to be your healthiest for when you conceive and position yourself for a pregnancy sooner than later.

Postpartum depression consultation
No one should have to suffer with postpartum depression- there are resources and treatments available.

Annual wellness exam
This service includes a pap smear and breast exam, and any blood work that might be advised.

Women's health problem
This can be a UTI, concern for STD, vaginal symptoms such as itching/odor, low libido, PCOS, menstrual cycle irregularities such as pain and heavy bleeding or skipped periods. We also do hormone testing and other lab work.

Telehealth GYN
Virtual visits or consults are available upon request for your convenience. Standard rate is $175/per visit, including 20 minutes of Telehealth follow up via email or phone.

We offer holistic infertility testing and treatment, taking the time to get to know you and your partner, and your story.

Perimenopause/Menopause
Hormone testing and management holistically (and medicinally when needed) for the symptoms and changes associated with menopause.

Diagnosis and treatment of bladder or vaginal infections
Birth control counseling (Natural family planning education, Depo provera, Nexplanon insertion and removal, IUD insertion and removal, oral contraceptive pills, patch, Nuva ring)
General primary care concerns (upper respiratory or sinus infections, strep throat)
Diagnostic testing & referrals (mammograms, ultrasound, colonoscopy, bone density, in-home labs)
Painful intercourse, vaginal dryness
Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) workup and treatment
Infertility workup and treatment from a natural approach
Preconception counseling
Breast concerns
Management of heavy, painful, or irregular periods
Management of anxiety and depression
STD testing and treatment
Pregnancy confirmation
Prescriptions as needed
Compassionate miscarriage oversight and management
Postpartum depression evaluation and treatment

*Membership commitments are annual; 12 months in length and auto-billed monthly. There is an early termination fee of $300 if membership is ended early.* Must live within a 40 mile radius of Staunton, Virginia. All lab testing, Pap smears, prescriptions, devices, and diagnostic imaging or pathology are additional charges to you/your health insurance. Up to 10 in-home visits per year, unlimited Telehealth visits, and unlimited direct access to Heather year-round.

As a high quality women’s health concierge practice, Heather focuses on a personalized approach to care.
